Brandyn is the owner of Asura Path Yoga and has been teaching at General Fitness for 3 years. He is a RYT-200 with an additional certification in Anatomy for Yoga teachers from the Bare Bones Yoga School in Boston Massachusetts.
Brandyn has a special interest in using yoga to balance each individual’s training regiment. He encourages weightlifting, cardio, and all sorts of group exercise but emphasizes how important a practice like yoga can be to created a well-rounded healthy lifestyle and exercise routine.
She aims to provide an experience that is both challenging and calming.
She focuses on improving bodily/spatial awareness and strength. Sophia has a RYT-200 yoga certification.
She offers a challenging but accessible practice for all levels of yoga practitioners.
She is a RYT-200 who has worked as a psychotherapist for over 35 years, and strongly believes in the healing power of yoga for mind and body.
Aleta has a Level I certification in Baptiste Power Yoga and a Certification in Alignment Yoga Sculpt. She offers strong but adaptable practices that leaves people in their power.
She is happy to offer modifications to allow her classes to meet the needs of any practitioner whether they are a beginner or they are advanced.
